Vote Beth for House District 17
Anyone can complain about our Oregon government. I've actually sued them.
People can talk about holding the government accountable. I've actually done it — in court, on the record, with results. As a civil litigation attorney, I've represented Republican senators in cases against the State of Oregon. And now I'm running to represent you in the State Legislature.

Real priorities for HD17. No games. No excuses.
I'm committed to doing hard things–and that's my to-do list as your State Representative!
Principled civic-led action
Women & babies need a voice. I've stood up for them.
I organized the 2025 Defund Planned Parenthood protest in Salem — alongside my daughter (pictured here) — because standing up for life is a family value we live out, not just talk about.
- The lives of women and unborn babies need to be defended. It’s a commitment I’ve acted on publicly and will carry to Salem.
- Faith and family guide my advocacy — and I’ll bring that same conviction to the Legislature.
protecting our rights
Our 2nd Amendment rights are under attack. I'm trusted to stand strong for them.
"She will protect our gun rights, wallets, and homes while representing us in Salem. Beth has my unwavering endorsement for House District 17.”
– Tony Aiello, Jr.
Lead Counsel on Constitutional Gun Bill against Measure 114
AFFORDABILITY & COST OF LIVING
Working families are getting crushed. I'll be your advocate.
Housing costs, taxes, and regulations are driving families out of Oregon.
- Cut the red tape that makes building and living here so expensive.
- Stop Oregon’s tax-and-spend addiction — families deserve relief, not new ways to take their money.
- From starting a family to retirement – living in Oregon should be affordable!
- We pay way too much for the outcomes we’re getting.
GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABILITY
Anyone can complain about our failed leadership. I've actually sued them.
I’ve litigated against the State of Oregon — representing Republican senators, defending constitutional rights, and exposing government overreach.
- Real accountability requires legal expertise and the willingness to fight. I have both.
- Transparency isn’t optional — taxpayers deserve to know how their money is spent and how decisions are made.
"Beth Jones will be an outstanding advocate for District 9, in fact for all of Oregon. Beth’s principled, collaborative and will work well with all….just what Oregon needs more of. And he will go to bat for the South Coast. He has my support. I hope he has yours."

Quality Education
Education matters. I'll be the voice for you and your kids.
Parents — not bureaucrats — should make decisions about their children’s education.
- Support school choice and local control over one-size-fits-all mandates from Salem.
- Vocational training matters — not every kid needs a four-year degree, but every kid deserves a path to a good career.
WILDFIRE RECOVERY & FOREST MANAGEMENT
Wildfire victim families can't wait. I'm experienced at getting results.
I’ve spent my career fighting government bureaucracy — the same bureaucracy blocking wildfire recovery.
- Streamline permitting and debris removal so families can rebuild without waiting years for Salem’s permission.
- Demand real forest management — not symbolic policies that let fuel loads build until the next disaster.
a proven fighter
Meet Beth–an advocate, elected official and constitutional conservative.
I’m Beth Jones, and I’ve spent my career doing the hard work of holding government accountable — not just talking about it.
As a civil litigation attorney, I’ve represented multiple Republican senators in cases against the State of Oregon, including Measure 113 challenges and First Amendment retaliation claims. I was part of the legal team that took Grants Pass v. Johnson to the U.S. Supreme Court — a landmark decision giving cities real tools to address homelessness. I also served as lead counsel on the Fields v. City of Newport appeal, protecting Oregon’s recreational use immunity.
But I haven’t just fought in the courtroom. I currently serve on the Turner City Council, where I’ve made real votes on real issues. I’ve also led nonprofit organizations, including founding and directing Bambinos and currently serving as founder and Director of a local Christian Legal Aid clinic. I’ve served as a Precinct Committee Person in both Marion and Polk Counties.
I’m a graduate of Corban University and Willamette University College of Law. I’m a lifelong Republican and a pro-life advocate.
My husband is an active-duty Oregon Army National Guard officer. We’ve raised two college-aged kids together. Our family motto is “We do hard things!” — and that’s exactly what I’ll bring to Salem.
Life-Long Republican & active Advocate for Oregonians
"She asks hard questions, respects the rule of law, and insists that decisions be made openly and responsibly."
– Jyll Dobson
Turner City Councilor

Government should answer to the people. I've held it accountable.
I've spent my career holding state agencies accountable and defending constitutional rights — in court, on the record. When government oversteps, someone has to push back. That's the work I've been doing, and it's the work I'll continue in Salem.

Wildfire-stricken families deserve action, not more excuses.
Wildfire recovery has been strangled by bureaucracy while families wait to rebuild their lives. I've fought government red tape my entire career. Getting Salem out of the way so people can recover — that's personal to me.

Faith, family, and service guide in everything I do.
I'm a lifelong Republican, a pro-life advocate, and a proud military spouse. I've served on the Turner City Council and led nonprofit boards that strengthen our communities. Public service isn't a stepping stone for me — it's a calling.
"We do hard things. That's just our family motto — and it's how I've built my career. I've stood up to the State of Oregon in court. I've served my community in elected office. And I'm ready to take that same fight to Salem on Day One."
