I’m Beth Jones, a wife, mother, litigator, public servant, and community leader — and I’m running because I believe Oregon can and must be a place where families can thrive for generations to come. My life’s work has been grounded in standing up for accountability, defending constitutional freedoms, and helping communities navigate complex challenges with clarity and integrity.
As an attorney, I’ve taken on some of the toughest legal battles in our state — and won. My work reflects a deep commitment to ensuring that government operates within the bounds of the Constitution and remains accountable to the people it serves.

Organized a successful 2025 Defund Planned Parenthood protest in Salem alongside my daughter, demonstrating a commitment to principled, family-led civic action.
My years in civil litigation have prepared me to meet the demands of legislative work with discipline, clarity, and resilience. The same skills that win cases are the skills that help craft effective laws and advocate for the people of this district.
This grounding in local government keeps me connected to the real-life impact of state policy on families, cities, and small communities.
My commitment to service extends far beyond public office. I believe strong communities are built through compassion, volunteerism, and faith in action.
My husband and I have been married for over twenty years. He serves as an active duty officer in the Oregon Army National Guard, a role that grounds our family in service and sacrifice. We are proud parents of two children currently attending Corban University, each building their future with purpose and integrity.
My family inspires my work every day and keeps me focused on what truly matters.
At the core of my motivation is a simple truth: I want Oregon to be a place where my kids — and one day, my grandkids — can afford to stay.
That means safe communities, responsible governance, and policies that protect opportunity, stability, and affordability for future generations. I’m running to help build that future — not just for my family, but for your family too.
